Ingredients
500 gr spaghetti;
800 gr courgettes;
3 dl olive oil;
50 gr butter;
100 gr grated Parmesan;
100 gr Sorrento cheese (caciocavallo) 1-2 days;
salt enough; basil enough
Cooking Instructions
fry in a pan with olive oil the courhettes cutted into thin slices until golden. Place them in a bowl, seasoning them with grated Parmesan, salt and fresh basil. Then add two tablespoons of oil in the same frying.
